General requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Physics or its equivalent from an accredited institution
- Qualified applicants are expected to have a junior/senior GPA of 3.25 or higher.
- Majors other than physics may also be considered. These will be treated on a case-by-case basis.
- The General and Physics Subject GRE are not required for admission to our graduate program
- International applicants are also required to take the TOEFL examination as part of the pre-qualification process for financial support
- Applicants should arrange for 3 letters of reference to be submitted directly to the Graduate Admissions in the Dept. of Physics.
