A bachelor's degree in Physics or its equivalent from an accredited institution

Qualified applicants are expected to have a junior/senior GPA of 3.25 or higher.

Majors other than physics may also be considered. These will be treated on a case-by-case basis.

The General and Physics Subject GRE are not required for admission to our graduate program

International applicants are also required to take the TOEFL examination as part of the pre-qualification process for financial support

Applicants should arrange for 3 letters of reference to be submitted directly to the Graduate Admissions in the Dept. of Physics.
