The UCSD Biostatistics MS program emphasizes both didactic and experiential learning. We aim to train the next generation of biostatisticians in the mathematical theory, computational skills, and inferential methods needed to analyze complex data, and to bring innovative and cutting-edge developments from the theoretical data sciences into the practical world of tools and methods for biomedical data analysis.
