In the Community Health and Health Behavior program of the University at Buffalo, you will:

Learn how to design, implement and evaluate evidence-based interventions for public health problems in populations

Careers

As a public health professional with expertise in community health and health behavior, you will be involved with implementing policies and programs that promote behavioral change and enhance public health (for example, smoking cessation, increasing physical activity, improving diet or reducing risky behaviors). You will be prepared to work in a range of settings, including:

Local, state, national or international public health agencies

Health care delivery systems such as hospitals and managed care organizations

Nonprofit health agencies
