- baccalaureate degree (or equivalent) from an accredited college or university in construction related area. Graduates of curricula outside these areas may be required to satisfy program prerequisite before full admission into the program.
- a copy of an official transcript from each institution where course credit was granted
- a competitive GPA in your last 60 hours of undergraduate course work (plus any completed graduate courses)
- knowledge of construction management demonstrated through previous coursework and/or work experience
