The M.A. in English at ULL addresses the professional needs of a variety of students: those who plan to continue in a Ph.D. program, those who want to teach at the high school or college levels, and those who wish to acquire professional training in writing or research.

Overview

All doctorates in English have a foundation in British and American language and literature, thus students receive a broad education in the discipline that prepares them for teaching, further research, and a diverse range of careers. Both thesis and non-thesis options are available.
