Service Through Business Management

Built on a strong MBA core, the Health Care Management program of Indiana Institute of Technology is designed to equip students with the management skills necessary to move healthcare organizations forward. You will study the ethical issues involved in business as well as those specific to the practice and management for health care decisions. We emphasize development of the problem-solving and decision-making skills necessary to lead teams, groups, divisions, and organizations. Our students also will learn the process of strategy formulation, implementation, and oversight of those organizations.

General requirements

  • A bachelors degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum undergraduate GPA of 2.5
  • Minimum of two years of significant work experience
  • Completion of the Graduate Division Application Package
  • English proficiency test results (for students from non-English speaking countries)
  • Complete graduate division application package (link), two letters of recommendations, official university transcript (certified and evaluated by one of our approved transfer credit agencies, if necessary)
  • To obtain the proper immigration document, please be prepared to submit the following: current (within the last six months) official financial statement showing sufficient funds in USD, sponsor’s Affidavit of Financial Support, copy of official passport

If the applicant does not meet the minimum work experience, the following criteria can be substituted:

  • Minimum undergraduate GPA of 2.5
  • 200 times undergraduate GPA plus GMAT score must equal or exceed 1000 total points
