The Management program at the Shorter University is designed to enrich successful and moral managers with a comprehensive understanding of the Management and business environment to acquire the vision to set goals in the global market. In this program, you will be immersed into a culture of innovation that will prepare you to embrace and formulate new ideas and leadership qualities to enhance those around you. Students will apply the theories learned in the classroom to workplace challenges, learn to collaborate and work effectively in teams across and within functional areas, enhance your communication skills, sharpen critical and analytical thinking, deepen your ethical decision-making in business contexts, and proactively anticipate rapidly changing business challenges in a global economy. You will have the opportunity to build a supportive network of fellow students and alumni from different professions, backgrounds, and nationalities.

Curriculum:

This degree is offered at three metro Atlanta campuses, Marietta, Duluth, and Riverdale, and at the Rome campus. If a full-time student takes the courses as offered, the program can be completed in approximately 12 months.
