  • Possession of a bachelor degree from a regionally accredited institution, with an overall under­graduate grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. 
  • Two letters of recommendation from current employer or pro­fessional associates, one being a health care provider supervisor, familiar with the applicant’s work or college performance.
  • Interview
  • Full-time employment at least three out of the last five years including at least one year in a health care organization working in a supervisory position. 
  • Current résumé.
