Leadership and Change Management Strategies
Our Master of Organizational Leadership at Anderson University (South Carolina) is ideal for professionals who want to manage teams or departments. The MOL is designed for the working professional. Classes are offered at night or 100% online. The flexibility of our program gives you the freedom to complete the courses at the time and place that’s most convenient for you. A Masters at AU can help increase your salary $5,000 to $20,000 annually, and is regionally and ACBSP Accredited.
Complete in 10 Months
You can complete the program in as little as 10 months in an accelerated format, or take one class at a time in a more moderate pace. Whether you are taking courses in person or online, our classes are fast paced, engaging, and informative. Classes will follow either a 7-week long or 14-week format based on the nature of the course.

- Have previous relevant work experience. If a student is lacking this experience the student may satisfy this requirement by completing an internship or working while in the MBA program.
- Appropriate cumulative college GPA (2.75) or GMAT score exceeding 510
- Submit three Reference Request Forms
