The organization development program—or MSOD—at Queens is designed for professionals looking to help clients and companies achieve extraordinary change. As developing leaders, candidates may choose from a variety of electives to customize their curriculum to focus on personal and professional goals. The MSOD program is 36 credit hours and is offered in the evenings.
