Overview
Program and Courses
Become equipped with academic knowledge and practical skills to analyze and advise on HR, work, and organizational issues. This includes understanding strategic HR decisions and their consequences for work, well-being, and performance, as well as implementing HR policies in a changing environment.
- The program offers a wide range of elective courses, allowing you to tailor your studies to your interests. You can choose for a broad approach or specialize in a specific area within HRM (new from September 2026: specialization on your certificate), such as Diversity, Equity & inclusion, Managing Employee Experiences, People Analytics & Technology or Learning & Development.
- The program emphasizes developing practical skills through assignments that involve collaboration with the professional field. Our international and practice-oriented approach gives you a head start on the labor market.
- Deepen your knowledge and skills by doing an Extended Master's Program. This advanced program adds a half-year (professional or research) internship to the regular program with a wide range of companies to choose from. During the first semester, you will follow the same courses as the regular Master's program.
