The Teacher Leadership program of the Southeast Missouri State University is for teachers pursuing leadership roles within their school district but do not wish to become a principal. This program is accredited by the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE). It is also nationally recognized by the Educational Leaders Constituent Council (ELCC).
