The Master of Science in Athletic Training program is designed to prepare students to become athletic trainers. The program is designed for students with minimal or no knowledge and experience in athletic training.

Two-year program. This program is only for those students who have already completed a bachelor's degree (in any major other than athletic training) and have met the admission requirements for the professional phase of the MS in Athletic Training program. This two-year program is intended for college graduates who have completed their bachelor's degree and who may want to change careers, individuals who didn't have time during their undergraduate years to major in athletic training and international students who want a career in athletic training.

GMAT contains 4 sections - Analytical Writing Assessment, Integrated Reasoning, Quantitative and Verbal. The score has a range from 200 - 800.

IELTS admission requirements IELTS The International English Language Test System (IELTS) tests your English-language proficiency on a scale of 1 – 9. The score refers to the combined average score of 4 subjects (writing, listening, speaking, and reading).

PTE Academic admission requirements PTE Academic PTE Academic (Pearson Test of English Academic) is a language test that enables students to demonstrate their writing, listening, speaking, and reading skills when applying to study in English. The score refers to a total score which ranges between 10 and 90.

  • Written statement of your professional goals. This statement can be included with the online application. Please be sure to review Program Requirements to see if there are specific questions asked of the goals statement.
  • TOEFL or IELTS-Academic Test scores submitted via ETS. The University minimum for the TOEFL score is 80; minimum IELTS is 6.5. Please note different programs may require higher scores.***
  • WES Evaluation (or another NACES credential). Required if you attended a university or college outside of the United States.
