Overview
The mission of the Educational Leadership program is to prepare future school leaders to be visionary and culturally astute educators, pedagogically skilled practitioners who can improve student achievement, efficient managers of their organization, community collaborators who advocate for all children, and consistently demonstrate high ethical standards in all aspects of the Principalship. Program specific knowledge and skills: proficiency in twenty one specific standards and indicators as determined by the Educational Leadership Constituent Council.

- The online Graduate School application with the non-refundable application fee;
- Transcripts of all undergraduate and graduate coursework. Transcripts from degree-granting institutions must be sent directly to our office from the issuing institutions. Transcripts can be sent to 211 Tillman Hall, Rock Hill, SC 29733 or gradschool@winthrop.edu;
- A statement of goals;
- A copy of your current South Carolina State Department of Education Class III Professional Certificate or the equivalent from another state;
- Have an undergraduate GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale;
