Overview

The Canisius College Clinical Mental Health Counseling program is designed to meet the requirements of the New York State License in Mental Health Counseling. 

Learning outcomes

You will share a group of core counseling courses with the School Counseling Program and obtain the foundational knowledge that all counselors need. Study substance abuse counseling, rehabilitation counseling for those with disabilities, or complete a combination program of Clinical Mental Health and School Counseling.
