Master's Degree Options
The Department of Civil Engineering offers two graduate programs leading to the degrees of Master of Civil Engineering (M.S.):
The M.S. (thesis-option) and M.S. (coursework-only) degrees both contain at least 30 credit hours.
Requirements
The minimum requirement for admission to the M.S. degree program is a baccalaureate degree from an accredited university. The minimum requirement for admission to the master's degree program of a particular department is an undergraduate degree from an accredited engineering program. Additional requirements may apply based on undergraduate performance.
