Overview

Students pursuing an MA in School Psychology at Adelphi University have the option to complete this 72-credit program in three years of full-time study or four years of part-time study, along with some attendance during the summer sessions. Classes are conveniently scheduled in the late afternoon or evening so candidates can earn a master’s degree while employed.

Through Adelphi’s master’s degree in school psychology, you’ll develop the expertise to evaluate children’s learning and behavior patterns and to consult with parents and teachers. You will learn to counsel children who are experiencing difficulties in school and to develop and implement appropriate intervention and prevention services.
