About

From hands-on experience to theoretical foundations, the management concentration offered by Seton Hall University prepares you to lead with confidence and success. Students are able to develop skills in areas such as negotiation, entrepreneurship and innovation.

Overview

The Management program offered by Seton Hall University combines a strong core curriculum with electives that let you map your own path, and we keep the program streamlined to just 40 credits. We welcome both full- and part-time students, and offer small and flexible classes to accommodate your schedule.

Thanks to that broad preparation, our management students have gone on to work at TD Bank, Axa Financial, and Life Integra, to name just a few. What's more, the department is home to the nation's No. 1 business leadership program.

Curriculum

With a focus on an ethics-centered education, our M.B.A. starts with a core curriculum that covers accounting, economics, the behavioral and quantitative sciences, and the functional areas of business.

There are many paths to follow. With a management focus, you can choose from diverse courses, such as:

  • Negotiation
  • Management and Social Responsibility
  • Gender and Diversity Issues
  •  Consultancy Management
  •  Leadership in Challenging Times

At the end of the program, you'll have the opportunity to apply the knowledge gained and consult with an actual client in our M.B.A. consulting course.

Expect small class sizes and dynamic discussions with your peers, industry professionals and professors-whose expertise spans organizational behavior, corporate social responsibility, labor relations, international business, entrepreneurship, and many other areas.
