Overview
The objective of the graduate Interdisciplinary Studies degree is to provide a student with the opportunity to design a specific program of study when the student’s needs or desires do not fall within an established graduate program. Students may choose between the Master of Arts and the Master of Science degree options.
As a student in this rigorous graduate program, you will work with your faculty mentor to create a customized degree program that integrates courses from two or more academic departments. You will also choose between a thesis and non-thesis option and lead independent research that supports your professional interests.
