Key facts

The Geology and Natural Resources program of Ball State University is research-intensive and focuses on a thesis, which includes a one-credit research colloquium each Fall and Spring semester of full-time study. You’ll determine your thesis topic by the end of your second semester. In order to graduate you will need to publicly defend your thesis to a committee and receive its approval.
