Be a full time teacher/counselor in an elementary or secondary school;
Two references (if currently working in a pre-K–12 setting, one reference should be from your current school principal)
Provide Graduate Record Exam (GRE) or Miller Analogies Test (MAT) scores less than five years old. (This is waived for students holding a prior master's degree in education or a related field.)
