Personal Statement: In 750 words or less, describe your motivation for pursuing this program at Jefferson, including your educational and professional goals that this program will help you achieve.

Letters of Recommendation: Submit two letters of reference. References should come from either professional or academic sources such as supervisors, managers, charge nurses, instructors, and/or clinical nurse educators. You may request recommendations through your MyJefferson account.

Résumé: A current professional résumé is required.
