Key facts
The Speech-Language Pathology program at George Washington University is fully accredited by the Council of Academic Accreditation in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Part of the social and behavioral sciences discipline in the Columbian College of Arts and Sciences, the program provides full insight into communication, including the consequences and rehabilitation of communication disorders for individuals and society.

- Transcripts are required from all colleges and universities attended, whether or not credit was earned, the program was completed, or the credit appears as transfer credit on another transcript. Unofficial transcripts from all colleges and universities attended must be uploaded to your online application. Official transcripts are required only of applicants who are offered admission.
- A bachelor's degree with a major in speech and hearing science or its equivalent. Applicants without a speech major may be considered for the post-baccalaureate program.
- Resume or CV uploaded to the Documents section of CSDCAS.
