The Department of Kinesiology at University of North Carolina Greensboro offers a Master of Science in Athletic Training (M.S.A.T.) degree that is designed to prepare persons to sit for the National Athletic Trainers’ Association Board of Certification (BOC) Examination and earn the credentials as a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC).

Overview

Students who graduate with an Athletic Training degree at University of North Carolina Greensboro  and who have passed the BOC examination to obtain the ATC credential will obtain jobs as athletic trainers in variety of patient settings.
