Description

On April 10, 2018, France signed an agreement with Saudi Arabia to develop the archaeological site of AlUla, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and tourism in this region.

The Campus France Agency has been appointed as the operator responsible for training future French-speaking Saudi experts from the AlUla region. As such, it implements an 8-year training course of approximately 200 to 500 Saudi students, scholarship holders of the Royal Commission For AlUla, divided into several annual cohorts.

This training begins with the intensive learning of French in French as a Foreign Language centers for a period of one year and six months. 

Eligibility

  • Young Saudis who have obtained a B2 level are then selected to continue their training in France in Diploma, Licence or Master's degrees in fields such as Hospitality Management & Tourism, Agriculture, Archeology, Heritage and Urban Planning.
