- The candidate shall achieve a good academic achievement. If there are candidates of comparable academic merits, their involvement in extra-curricular activities shall also be taken into consideration.
- The selected candidate has to register with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (Hong Kong) successfully to honour the scholarship.
- The nominee should not have registered with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants at the time of nomination.
