Description
Istituto Marangoni in partnership with Cappellini, in order to support and foster its young talents, has launched a Scholarship dedicated to the Master in Product & Furniture Design.
Established in 1946 in postwar Italy, Cappellini is today considered a beacon of Italian innovation and language experimentation. After the early years, Giulio Cappellini transformed the company’s business by pairing premium quality with an extensive collection of eclectic designs created by some of the most prominent international designers.
Applicants are required to submit a design project for a furniture piece that aligns with Cappellini's design identity. The project should be consistent with the existing Cappellini product collection while demonstrating creativity and originality in the design language as well as in the functional definition. Candidates are encouraged to think outside the box and propose innovative designs that capture the essence of Cappellini's DNA.
