The value of the award is $1,800. The award is payable in one instalment on acceptance of the offer to enable the recipient to travel at the beginning of semester, unless otherwise stated in the letter of offer.
Eligibility
The award is available each year to a continuing ANU student who is:
- a domestic or international student
- enrolled in an undergraduate, postgraduate or HDR program;
- enrolled in an approved exchange or internship program within Latin America, or
- is a PhD student travelling to Latin America, including the Caribbean islands, in order to undertake in-country research (eg fieldwork, archival work, study of museum collections)
