The Frankfurt University of Applied Science was established in 1971. We are outstanding in the interaction of science and practice. We are regionally and globally networked. We actively take responsibility for our members of the university and society.
We offer a broad variety of practice-oriented degree programs that are of a high academic standard, opening the door to various attractive professions. Our international orientation paves the way to the global job market: we do not only offer a wide range of language courses and language learning levels, but have partnerships with 200 universities worldwide. All of our students graduate with a Bachelor or Master degree, in conformity with international standards.
Our research focuses on demographic change, renewable energies and mobility and logistics take into account the challenges that confront us with our most urgent questions of the future. We tackle this with a solution-oriented approach and train our students in such a way that they can make creative contributions to answering these questions.
We offer consulting, workshops and trainings for international students of the Frankfurt UAS. We teach you the knowledge for a successful career start in Germany.

As the International Office at Frankfurt UAS, our mission is to provide international and domestic students with the resources and knowledge they need to succeed in their international endeavors. We provide advising and career services, as well as social events for students. Through our international programs, students not only study and complete internships abroad, but they also make memories and discover skills they will use for life. Frankfurt UAS offers a guest apartments with three rooms that can be used by international scholars during their visits. In order to best prepare for your stay, please inform the Welcome Center or Housing Office at least 2 months in advance if you would like to stay in one of the rooms in our guest apartment. You have the opportunity to stay in the guest apartment for up to 3 months.
In order to borrow books from the library or to use interlibrary loan services you need to register with the library. The registration as well as using the library is free of charge. Please come to the service desk.
Most of our services require a valid CIT account ( formerly a DV user ID ). All university members (employees, students, etc.) automatically receive such an account.
There are numerous recreational and cultural offers at the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences.
CampusSport offers you many opportunities for a perfect physical balance, with an exceptionally broad sporting diversity. Here you can try out new things, continue practicing sports, participate in organized sports excursions with your friends or just have fun together and get to know new people at a variety of sporting events.
The study groups are small, therefore is the work environment comfortable. International Business Administration is practice-oriented and really interesting as its modules varies and gives the opportunity to choose between 7 specializations, at least. This is ,for instance, not possible at the Goethe University. Furthermore,the buddy program and the international office...
Well, study in Germany can be very stressful and also fun at the same time. The course work are enormous with little or no time to research and get an idea of the Moodle. Most times you need to also work to complement for the times you spend money on bills to keep and this affects the program itself. The fun part is you get to be responsible solely for your decision making...
