Founded in 1905, The Juilliard School is a world leader in performing arts education. Student services
The Office of International Advisement (O.I.A.) helps international students, faculty, staff, and visitors with their visa status; with instructions for entering, leaving, and re-entering the U.S.; with work eligibility, extensions of stay, adjustment to life in the U.S.; and provides support for U.S. benefits such as Social Security applications, U.S. tax filing, and driver’s licenses.
Housing services
The Juilliard residence hall experience offers students a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment that fosters development of practical life skills and independence. Juilliard’s Residence Life staff works to nurture the growth and development of all residents and coordinates fun and enriching programs throughout the year.
The Meredith Willson Residence Hall is located just steps away from the school building, providing a unique opportunity to have no commute and enjoy stunning views of Lincoln Center and the Upper West Side.
Library services
The Lila Acheson Wallace Library is a comprehensive resource for the School's performance and research needs. The collection includes more than 87,000 music performance and study scores, 27,000 books (both print and e-books) and 25,000 sound recordings (LPs, compact discs, reel-to-reel, cassette, and DAT tapes), and 3,000 videos.
Medical services
The Health Services clinic is located on the 22nd floor of the Meredith Willson Residence Hall. Health Services provides medical treatment and preventative care, as well as providing physical therapy, occupational therapy, and nutrition services to aid students in performing at their best.

Located at Lincoln Center in New York City, Juilliard offers undergraduate and graduate degrees in dance, drama (acting and playwriting), and music (classical, jazz, historical performance, and vocal arts).
One of the best things about attending Juilliard is the opportunity to experience the excitement of living in New York City. Even if you’re on a limited budget, there are many free and inexpensive activities, and the ease of New York City’s public transportation system allows you to explore museums, attend festivals and performance events, or simply discover the many vibrant neighborhoods that make up the city.
