General requirements

Have a conferred bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university. The M.S. in MIT Program accepts students with a wide range of undergraduate majors.
Have a minimum of two years of professional work experience (post bachelor’s degree) that includes significant managerial or technical involvement with IT.
Demonstrate strong oral and written English language skills. Non-native English speakers may need to submit official TOEFL or IELTS scores.
