
Overview
Through four fully online undergraduate-level courses, students in the Computer Science program of Colorado School of Mines are introduced to fundamental computer programming concepts using a high-level language and a modern developer environment; learn to define and use data structures; gain the core skills for gathering, cleaning, organizing, analyzing, interpreting and visualizing data and understand software engineering processes and object-oriented design principles. The program offers a certificate, a master’s non-thesis and a master’s thesis option.
