Overview

The comprehensive curriculum of the Business Intelligence and Data Analytics (BIDA) pathway from Carnegie Mellon University includes advanced analytics coursework in machine learning, structured and unstructured data analytics and predictive modeling. When combined with core technology coursework and experiential learning, BIDA you will arm you with the expertise to become an influencer at any organization.

Career

Heinz College treats career development as seriously as it treats academics. The MISM program has three dedicated Career Counselors who work with MISM students to prepare them to secure employment.

Students begin career preparation before they even arrive on campus. When they arrive, they meet one-on-one with their counselor to develop a personalized plan. Counselors work with students to develop networking skills, improve business etiquette and help them be better in the interview room. After a student secures a job offer, counselors guide students through the negotiation and acceptance process.
