Developed in close partnership with Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana, the Fashion Marketing, Retail and Merchandising Management master from Milano Fashion Institute offers a highly multidisciplinary curriculum that bridges academic rigour with hands-on industry practice. The programme is co-designed with leading fashion and luxury brands to address the real challenges professionals face today — from omnichannel retail management to data-driven merchandising and AI-powered market analysis.

The master trains professionals ready to operate at the intersection of product, market, and customer, among other roles:

• Retail Manager: oversees daily store operations, sales performance, and customer experience across single or multi-brandretail environments.

• Merchandiser: plans and manages product assortment, pricing strategies, and stock allocation to maximise brand performance.

• Brand Manager: supports the definition and consistency of brand identity across all retail touchpoints and communication channels.

• Trade Marketing & Communication Manager: develops and implements marketing initiatives aimed at strengthening the brand's presence at the point of sale.

• Licensing Manager : manages licensing agreements and partnerships, ensuring brand coherence across all licensed product categories.

• E-commerce Manager: coordinates the brand's online retail strategy, from product presentation to digital sales performance and customer journey optimisation.
