- Current Résumé of Work Experience: Executive MHSA students are required to have three or more years of healthcare experience, or similar.
- Two Letters of Recommendation: Two letters of recommendation from professional and/or academic sources, including one from a current or former employer who can assess your potential for success in this program.
- Statement of Intent: The essay should be 500-700 words and should address your career aspirations and how an MHSA degree will assist you in achieving them.
- Admissions Interview: Conducted via phone or video with members of the Admissions Committee.
- Preferred (not required): GPA: 3.0 and above; if your GPA is less than 3.0, you may address the circumstances in your Statement of Intent.
