Admission based on academic ability and cohort availability
Evaluated on prior degrees, GPA, letters, test scores, and other credentials
Applications reviewed at least one week after deadlines
Applications may move to next term if cohort unavailable
Materials may be held on file up to two years
Complete the application
Pay $35 non-refundable fee (waived for Samford alums, students, employees)
Provide official transcripts from all institutions attended
Upload two letters of recommendation
Obtain current supervisor’s disposition form (not same as recommendation letters)
