Do you want to develop new city planning tools that help municipalities plan for their social, economic and environment needs? ECU’s MSPD degree program is 100% online, which means convenience and flexibility. The 36 credit planning master’s offers three concentration areas so you can focus on your interests:

General requirements
- No GMAT or GRE required
- Earned bachelor’s degree or higher from a u.S. Regionally accredited institution, or an equivalent degree from a foreign institution as qualified by one of our pre-approved foreign transcript evaluation servicers before starting at ecu.
- Applicants must have a minimum cumulative undergraduate gpa of 2.70 or greater as calculated by the graduate school for regular admission consideration (3.0 in post-baccalaureate courses)
- Applicants whose native language is not english must demonstrate competency in written and spoken english.
