Overview
Our courses in Digital Transformation, Data Analytics for Responsible Decision Solutions (DARBS), Organisations in the Digital Economy, Digital Technology @ Work, and Digital Marketing will equip you with skills to leverage data and technology for responsible strategic decision-making, innovation, and sustainable growth, while taking into account possible impact on stakeholders and society.
In the ‘Digital Transformation’ course, you will be familiarised with foundational concepts regarding responsible digitalisation, such as types of data and data governance, infrastructures, forms of AI, legal and security issues, digital strategising, and implementation and change management aspects. The ‘data analytics (DARBS)’ course teaches you to reflect on and use data and data analytical tools wisely for making informed choices. In the ‘Organisations in the Digital Economy’ course, you'll explore platform business models and their impact on labour markets and stakeholders, i.e. how they affect businesses and people's lives. The ‘Digitalisation @ Work’ course focuses on (managing) digital technology's impact on employees, work processes and labour relations. The ‘Digital Marketing’ course will provide you with the skills and strategy to leverage digital channels ethically and effectively to reach and engage audiences.
By the end of the programme, you'll be ready to steer organisations through responsible digitalisation that benefit not only organisations but society at large. The knowledge you gain will help you make organisations in the digital age a better place for everyone.
