Overview
Master of Health Services Administration prepares individuals to work in a wide variety of professional settings, employing their leadership skills and knowledge of health policy and management to improve health and health services delivery in the communities where they serve.

Plan of Study
Both full and part-time students begin the MHSA program in the fall semester.
- Two-year, full-time students will follow the course sequence listed below.
- Part-time students work closely with the MHSA Student Services Manager on a semester by semester basis to design a schedule that meets their individual needs and program requirements.

General requirements
- Applications for admission to the MHSA program at the University of Kansas will be accepted from individuals with a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university
- minimum cumulative grade-point average of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale)
- A prerequisite course in undergraduate or graduate level statistics must also be successfully completed prior to beginning the MHSA program.
