Programme Structure
As a young professional, you strive to jump start and excel in your career. The TIAS international full-time Master in Management supports this ambition. In addition to scientific knowledge, this master offers you insights into cases from the real business world. Courses are taught by top-notch professors and industry experts. Furthermore, collaboration with motivated fellow students at your own level provides you with stimulating sparring partners. The program is divided into four phases. Each phase lays the foundation for the next. This prepares you to take on your final project; your Master’s thesis.
PCDP
Throughout the four stages of the Master in Management you will continuously work on your personal leadership and communication skills as well as prepare yourself for the job market with a focus on improving your LinkedIn profile, CV, interview techniques etc. through the Personal and Career Development Program (PCDP).
Audience
Master in Management participants are 24 years old on average and hold at least a bachelor’s degree (in any field). Approximately 75 percent of participants come from an international background. Work experience is valued, but not required. On average, Master in Management participants have two years of work experience. To be eligible to join this master, various admission requirements apply. This helps us to ensure that you are part of a group of driven, talented high potentials. Additionally, we are able to provide a better learning experience.

General requirements
- A bachelor degree in any field
- An average (GPA) of 3.0 out of 4.0 or 7 out of 10, or an overall average of 80 from 100% (B on a scale of A to F)
- You must take the TIAS Capacity Test (TCT – free, online test available in multiple languages) or the GMAT
- Proficiency in English, demonstrated by being a native English speaker or your bachelor program must have been taught fully in English.
- If you are a non-native English speaker, you will need to take one of the following tests:
- TOEFL (90 iBT)
- IELTS Academic (6.5 overall band)
- Cambridge English (minimum C1 Advanced)
- Depending on your bachelor background and test results, you may be required to attend all or one of the preparatory courses
