The Consortium Institute of Management and Business Administration (CIMBA) MBA in of Business Administration also pays particular attention to the development of leadership , i.e. all those skills needed to be able to regulate one's emotional and relational part and also to better manage a work team.

CIMBA offers a unique and convenient two-year Part-time MBA Program on our campus in Paderno del Grappa that features a high-quality American education backed by accreditation from the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business. Courses are taught in English by U.S. and European professors. Upon completion, students earn an MBA degree from the University of Iowa that is internationally recognized.

Our graduating MBA students travel to the University of Iowa for the final month to complete a real-world business simulation course, get an inside look at American companies, and receive their degree at a formal University of Iowa Tippie College of Business graduation ceremony

Students attending the MBA come from all over the world and are selected on the basis of:

• academic merits;

• English knowledge;

• GMAT/GRE (selection test);

• managerial aptitude;

• previous professional experience.

The minimum requirements for accessing the MBA are:• At least a three-year degree in any discipline or bachelor's degree if obtained abroad;• Good knowledge of English.

All candidates must sit a selection interview in English and present the appropriate enrollment documentation, original degree certificate and curriculum vitae.
