Overview
The Periodontology (Distance Learning) programe from University College London (UCL) offers you the ability to assess and manage the periodontal needs of a patient and to become competent in the presentation, diagnosis and management of all known diseases and disorders of the periodontium.
Teaching is delivered and assessed in a variety of ways including: lectures, seminars, problem based learning, on line tutorials and practical work, group discussion, case presentations, videos and discussion forums and workbased learning.

Students will complete patient treatment in their own clinics and through discussion with peers, staff and others will synthesise knowledge and practice skills, improving clinical practice and effectiveness.
