Overview

The Performance program at Temple University offers an in-depth study of the history and theory of music and performance across 17 specialized concentrations.Students in this degree program receive individual instruction from Boyer’s award-winning faculty, comprising members of the The Philadelphia Orchestra and major metropolitan performing organizations, as well as artists who have performed as soloists or with ensembles from the around the world. Faculty members have performed with the:

  • Chamber Orchestra of Philadelphia,
  • Delaware Symphony Orchestra,
  • Opera Philadelphia and  
  • Pennsylvania Ballet.
