The master’s program in Computer Science at Monroe College is designed for students with an undergraduate degree in computers – whether that’s computer science, information technology, information systems, or something similar. 

Overview

Study the cutting edge technologies you’ll need to know on the job – like cybersecurity, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and mobile computing. This 36-credit Master of Computer Science program is offered at the Monroe College's New Rochelle and Bronx campuses. Students without a computer background may enter the program after taking additional foundation courses.

Professional Track Option

The King Graduate School offers a Professional Experience Track for students who need additional professional work experience to supplement their academic program. Students in the Professional Experience Track are required to enroll in and complete at least two, one-credit internship courses. Each internship opportunity must be approved by the Dean and the Office of Career Services as an appropriate match for the student’s academic program.
