A recognized degree in a business-related area (or its equivalent); OR

A recognized degree in a non-business area (or its equivalent), plus at least three years of supervisory/managerial experience; OR

A recognized post-secondary qualification at Qualifications Framework Level 4 (or its equivalent), plus at least ten years of supervisory/managerial experience.

Applicants must meet the following English language proficiency requirements if their Bachelor's Degrees or equivalent qualification did not adopt English as the medium of instruction
