Overview
The Fairfield University's Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering program includes areas of power and power electronics, and combines the study, design, and use of software and hardware systems.
As a student, you’ll also learn system and product engineering, hardware and software design, embedded systems, communications, control systems, computer architecture, and visualization and multimedia systems. You’ll be challenged with a multitude of learning tasks, including writing embedded software, working with analog sensors, and designing mixed signal circuit boards giving you the necessary education and skills to fulfill your career endeavors.

- A Completed Application for Graduate Admission form
- A Non-refundable $60 Application Fee made payable to Fairfield University (paid by credit card if applying online).
- A Professional Resume.
- A Personal Statement. Students should describe why they want to undertake graduate studies in the program for which they are applying.
- Official transcripts verifying completion of an undergraduate degree.
- Two Recommendation Forms and Letters, one of which must be from a current supervisor or professor.
- The GREs are not required. We do look closely at your academic record and other application materials. Generally, we like to see that you have at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA. If your GPA is lower than 3.0 but you would like us to consider your application, you may include with your application a statement that explains your GPA and why you are confident you will be able to maintain the required 3.0 GPA in your graduate studies.
