The Econometrics and Operations Research - Econometrics and Data Science programme at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam prepares you to answer these questions and more, offering a unique blend of econometric methods and theory with modern data science applications. Unlike traditional data science programmes, we focus on understanding the underlying mechanisms of statistical and data science methods, teaching you not just how to apply these techniques, but also why they work and what to do when they don’t.
