Overview

Think of electric cars, using cleaner fuels or the many functionalities that make it safer and easier for us to drive. The traditional car has evolved into a controlled, high-tech system packed with mechanics, electronics, sensors and software, where the interaction between human and vehicle plays an important role. Due to this increasing complexity, highly educated engineers working in the modern high-tech automotive industry are in high demand, so long as they can think at systems level and make connections in this discipline.

The multidisciplinary character of this master’s prepares you for working in the automotive industry, but also in similar industries with a comparable background, such as mechatronics and aerospace engineering. Programme Structure

  • After selecting your specialization together with your mentor, you compile your own program. In the first year, you take core, specialization and elective courses. In the second year you do an internship and work on your graduation project.

  • Once again, you choose your own path; the mentor provides the program-related guidance in complex decisions such as choosing specialization courses, finding an internship and orientation in selecting a possible graduation topic.

    • A Licenciado / Licenciatura, Titulo de Ingeniero (Superior), Titulo de Arquitecto or Titulo de Graduado degree (obtained after at least 4 years = 240 ECTS of studies) from an accredited university.
    • A Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of at least 7.0/10.
