General requirements
- A four-year (honours preferred) undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in economics or a related field.
- A minimum B average
- One course in each of the following: calculus, statistics and econometrics (focusing on regression analysis).
- Two courses in intermediate microeconomic theory and two courses in intermediate macroeconomic theory.
- Other considerations include letters of reference, a sample of scholarly writing (a paper written for a senior undergraduate course) and transcripts.
