The Master’s specialisation in International Economics and Development provides you with a comparative approach to global development. We examine the challenges faced by low- and middle-income countries, as well as their implications for the global economy. We explore the social, cultural, gender and environmental aspects of progress while encouraging critical thinking about one-size-fits-all solutions. We introduce you to a variety of schools of thoughts and equip you with the tools needed for policy analysis. Through the Global Data Lab, you can engage in actual research on global development.
